Made for Mótus is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization serving to educate and improve the function of humans worldwide through the collective understanding and process of addressing factors such as biomechanics, nutrition, environment, and all things health and wellness related.

Our primary objective is to help serve and educate individuals with physiological limitations who do not have the adequate financial means to seek help on their own.

Made for Motus’s global outreach has expanded throughout the U.S and Internationally.

THE TEAM

Christopher Dito, Founder/President

Christopher is a Health, Movement and Performance Enhancement coach and works with individuals of all levels of physical fitness from the physiologically limited to athletes of the highest caliber. When Christopher was 13 years old, he was diagnosed with an incurable hereditary neuromuscular disease called ‘Charcot-Marie-Tooth’ and at the age of 25 he found himself wheelchair bound. After 2 complete reconstructions consisting of 26 procedures on both legs from the knees down and relearning how to walk again, he became dedicated to educating himself on the human body. Eventually this path led to Christopher starting an initiative where he would help others suffering from physiological limitations and disabilities around the world which would then go on to become Made for Mótus. Christopher has traveled and helped individuals in several states throughout the U.S as well as several countries worldwide. He’s also given lectures as a Biomechanics Expert for the Hereditary Neuropathy Foundation in Phoenix Arizona at The Ability 360 center and in Cambridge,Massachusetts at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology(MIT).

Cathy Cappallino, Vice President

Cathy comes to us with extensive knowledge in non-profits as she co-founded and served as Board President of a successful South Florida Dog Rescue from 2014-2018. During her time in the Dog Rescue, Cathy experienced a dramatic progression in her Charcot-Marie-Tooth(CMT) disease which is then when she decided to seek alternative and unconventional means of help. In 2018 Cathy applied and was chosen as a participant in Made for Motus’s very first Go Global mission. Upon the completion of her program, Cathy decided she wanted to become involved in the future growth of the foundation and was offered the title of Vice President.
